Who we are

Tidrova ("we") makes pool-service software for pool companies. Legal entity name and contact address: [pending].

What we collect on this website

Early-access form: your name, company, work email, optional mobile phone, number of techs, city, and your consent to be contacted (with the exact consent wording and its version).

Campaign information: if you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source) or an ad click identifier (gclid or fbclid), we store those values with your request. We also store the referring website’s domain (not the full address) and the page you landed on.

Server-side usage counts: when our server delivers a page we record the page, language, campaign tags and referring domain. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers or third-party fonts on these pages.

Security: a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention and rate limiting. We do not store the raw IP address with your request.

Cookies

We set first-party cookies only: a random visitor identifier, the first and most recent campaign you arrived from, and an ad click identifier if one was present. They expire within 180 days.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we set none of these cookies and do not attach a visitor identifier to page counts.

How we use it

To contact you about early access and a demo, as you requested; to understand which pages and campaigns bring pool companies to us (in aggregate); and to protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send automated calls or texts to people who use this form.

Advertising platforms

We do not currently share any information with advertising platforms. If we later report conversions to an advertising platform from our server, we would send only hashed (one-way encrypted) identifiers, never for visitors who sent Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, and we will update this policy before doing so.

Service providers

Our website and database are hosted by a cloud hosting provider in the United States. [Full list of processors pending.]

Retention and your choices

We keep early-access requests while we are evaluating a business relationship with your company, then delete or anonymize them. [Retention period pending counsel.]
